PET POLICY
Pets are limited by size and breed. At full growth, pets may not exceed 60 pounds combined weight. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. A pet deposit of $250.00 per apartment and a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 required for pets in the apartment. Pet rent of $20 per month is required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. No exotic pets (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted.
